Come As You Are

A note about Coronavirus COVID-19, social distancing, and the CAYA Massage Therapy practice:
While frequent, thorough handwashing and a variety of cleaning practices - including thorough disinfection of massage room table and surfaces - has always been practiced and a priority at CAYA Massage Therapy, our world-wide collective mission to prevent and slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus has inspired me to institute an increase in health measures practiced at CAYA massage therapy. Among these are the thorough disinfection of doorknobs, chairs, and all other touchable surfaces possible, after EVERY client/session. For the time being, I will also be wearing a mask during every massage appointment. I'm also encouraging anyone who feels even slightly sick to reschedule their appointments and stay away for at least 10 days. It has always been a priority for me that those who come to CAYA massage therapy feel safe, and I hope this increase in cleanliness and precautions will aid in that. In continuing to serve our community, my hope is that the unique stress-reductions massage can afford will help those of us who are well to keep our immune systems stronger and more capable than they would otherwise be.
Yours in Wellness, Melanie Loring, LMT
